You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) or at a Correos Express delivery point if you are in Spain or Portugal, or at a UPS delivery point in other countries. It is not possible to receive parcels at Post Office boxes. If you are not at the address indicated when the courier comes to deliver your order, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.

Yes, it is possible to request a cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your order. By completing your order, you accept our terms of use.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but after 24 hours you will have to wait to receive your order and process it through our returns and exchanges platform.
Once the order has been shipped you will automatically receive the tracking number in the email you used to make the purchase. You can also log in to your account to see all the information about your order.

Our team will contact you if there is a delivery failure to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:
If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, we will refund you once we have received the package. If you do not receive or refuse the package, a surcharge of €20 will be added to your refund.
We will not resend your order, once the parcel is returned to our warehouse we will proceed with the return of the parcel. In case you still want the parcel, you will have to place a new order again.

If, upon receipt of the package, the customer observes that the order is damaged or defective, he/she must request an exchange or return through our exchange or return platform (here), or leave a written record of the fact via e-mail at returns@wolflamb.es in the first 24 hours from the reception of the package to proceed to the return or exchange of the same. Once these 24 hours have passed, we will consider that the product has been received in good condition.
If you choose the shop collection option, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the "order ready for shop collection" email to come and pick it up and process the return or exchange if necessary.
After 30 days from receipt of this email, the order will be considered abandoned and will pass to our disposal without being able to claim any refund, return or exchange.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-Order garments are pieces made exclusively for you. In this way, we can produce in a more controlled way, a method that helps us create less environmental impact.
When you buy a Pre-Order garment, the rest of the items in the same order will not reach you until the Pre-Order garment is manufactured and ready to be shipped.
Pre-Order garments can be exchanged and returned.
Our Pre-Order garments have an estimated preparation time minimum of 4 weeks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The request for exchange or return must be made within a time limit of 14 days from the reception of the order, after this period it will not be possible to make an exchange or return. In order to make an exchange or return you must process it on our returns and exchanges platform (here).
- Please check all items thoroughly upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached labels and discarding any original packaging.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, unworn and in their original condition,original labels must not have been removed.
- Bath products should go with the hygiene label and their original labels. We recommend that you try on the bottoms of the bath products with your underwear underneath, as if the item is returned with signs of having been used, with stains or without the hygiene label and its original tags it will be classed as unsuitable for return or exchange.
- It is only possible to process one exchange or refund per order, returns of the same order will not be accepted separately.
- We recommend that you return the items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
Exchanges and returns in our Barcelona shop:

Drop off at our physical shop in Barcelona:
Once the exchange has been processed on our returns and exchanges platform, all you have to do is go to our physical shop in Barcelona and exchange your order for another of our items. In shop you will only pay the difference in price between what you are returning and what you are exchanging if the amount is higher.
Deposit at a collection point:
In order to return an online order, you must process it through our returns and exchanges platform (here), within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
Drop off at our physical shop in Barcelona:
1. Request a refund on our returns and exchanges platform. Access our platform (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, indicating your e-mail address and order number. Follow the steps indicated.
2. Delivery of the garments in our physical shop in Barcelona. They do not need to be packaged. They only need to be in their original labelling and in perfect condition. The refund will be made in the same method of original payment.

Collection at home:
To return or exchange an item purchased in the physical shop, you only need to go to the shop with the garment in perfect condition and with its original tags. You must also present the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase or your order number.
Please note that all products purchased in our physical shop are refunded in shop credit format.

No, items that are out of stock will not be available again, unless we receive a return. However, we recommend that you subscribe to the "Notify me when available" list on the product page so that we can inform you by email when the item is back in stock.
No, adding an item to your cart does not guarantee stock or availability. Some in-demand designs may sell out before you checkout even though they were available when you added them to your cart.
