What are the requirements for returns and exchanges?
- Please check all items thoroughly upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached labels and discarding any original packaging.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and in their original condition.
Can I return or exchange a Pre-order garment? What is the deadline?
The Pre-order clothing can be exchanged or returned. The deadline is 14 days after you receive the order at home or arrives at the store.
How do I change an online order?
In order to exchange an online order you must process it through our returns and exchanges platform (here), within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the order.
Drop off at our physical shop in Barcelona:
Once the exchange has been processed on our returns and exchanges platform, all you have to do is go to our physical shop in Barcelona and exchange your order for another of our items. In shop you will only pay the difference in price between what you are returning and what you are exchanging if the amount is higher.
Drop off at a collection point:
- Request an exchange on our returns and exchanges platform. Access our platform (here) to tell us which products you are going to exchange, indicating your e-mail address and order number. Follow the steps indicated.
- Choose the new garment of your choice. You will be able to choose between changing the size of the same product, or select any other product in the shop (as long as it is available on the web).
- Confirm your details. Please confirm the address where you would like us to pick you up.
- Method of payment. In the event that the product to be exchanged is of a higher amount, you must select the method of payment.
- Prepare your package. Print out the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive during the return request process). Pack the items you want to exchange in a box in good condition and tightly closed, along with your order summary sheet. We are reducing the amount of paper included in your order to be more environmentally friendly, you can find your order summary sheet in your account (here). We recommend you use the WOLFLAMB packaging in which you received our garments.
- Deliver the parcel to a pick-up point.You must take your package to a Correos collection point within a maximum of 14 days. Remember that you will receive the transport label, which you must attach to the outside of the package to avoid any problems, in your mailbox when you complete your order on our platform.
How do I return an online order?
In order to return an online order, you must process it through our returns and exchanges platform (here), within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order.

1. Request a refund on our returns and exchanges platform. Access our platform (here) to indicate the products you are going to return, indicating your e-mail address and order number. Follow the steps indicated.
2. Delivery of the garments in our physical shop in Barcelona. They do not need to be packaged. They only need to be in their original labelling and in perfect condition. The refund will be made in the same method of original payment.

- Deliver the garments to the carrier and receive the requested garment. The carrier will come to collect the package at the address indicated. Remember that the transport label that you must attach to the outside of the package so that there is no problem in collection, you will receive it in your mail when you complete the return request on our platform.
How can I return or exchange an item purchased in the physical shop?
To return or exchange an item purchased in the physical shop, you only have to go to the shop with the garment in perfect condition and with its original tags. You must also present the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase or your order number.
We remind you that all products purchased in our physical shop are refunded in shop credit format.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
You should contact our customer service department by sending an email to returns@wolflamb.es and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
