Politique d’expédition

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and apply once the order has been prepared for shipment and dispatched from our warehouse.

Production times:

Please note that shipping times do not include production times. Some items, especially those in our Wedding & Guests collection, have a specific production period and therefore require time to be made before shipping.

The estimated production time is indicated on each product page and must be added to the corresponding shipping time. For in-stock items, only the shipping times listed below apply.

Shipping methods:

• Standard home delivery (Spain and Balearic Islands): 3 to 6 business days
• Express home delivery (Spain and Balearic Islands): 24 to 48 hours
• Pickup at Correos office (Spain and Balearic Islands): 3 to 6 business days
• International shipping: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national, regional, and local holidays).

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will be notified by email.

During sale periods or promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Wolflamb reserves the right to change the shipping method and the carrier used to transport the goods, provided that this does not cause any clear disadvantage to the customer.

Wolflamb reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cancel the service at any time.

Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.

Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, orders will be delivered within the indicated timeframes or, failing that, the customer will be duly informed. If the indicated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order or any notification regarding its status, please contact our Customer Service team.
