Shipping and Delivery
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
You can also pay with Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later). If you have any questions about how Klarna works, please check their FAQ here.
Don't know what to buy for that special person? Don't worry, click here and we will help you, you will receive your gift card code by email. You can use it more than once until your balance is used up and it has no expiration date, we do not accept returns of gift cards.
National Shipping (Spain, excluding the Canary Islands):
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 days. Cost: €6
- Express Shipping: 24/48 business hours. Cost: €10.95
- In-Store Pickup in Barcelona: 2–3 days. Free of charge.
International Shipping (Canary Islands and other countries):

When purchasing a Pre-Order item, the rest of the products in the same order will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item is manufactured and ready to ship.
You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.), or at a Correos Express pickup point if you're in Spain or Portugal, or a UPS Access Point in other countries.
Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
If you’re not at the indicated address when the courier attempts delivery, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery date and time that suits you.

Yes, you can request a cancellation within the first 24 hours after placing your order.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but after 24 hours you’ll need to wait until you receive your order and process it through our exchange and return platform.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number at the email address you used to make the purchase.

Our team will contact you if there’s a delivery issue to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. There are two main reasons why you might not have received it:
- Incorrect address: We recommend checking that your shipping address is correct.
- Failed deliveries: Correos Express and UPS will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, they may leave your package at a local pickup point.
If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund once the package is received.
If you fail to collect the package or reject it, a €20 fee will be deducted from your refund.
We do not re-ship orders. If the package is returned to us, the order will be refunded. If you still want the item, you’ll need to place a new order.

If you notice that your item is damaged or defective upon receiving your package, you must request an exchange or return through our exchange and return platform, or notify us in writing via email at returns@wolflamb.es within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After this 24-hour period, we will consider the item to have been received in good condition.
If you choose in-store pickup, you have 14 days from the moment you receive the “order ready for pickup” email to collect your order and request a return or exchange if needed.
After 30 days from receiving this email, the order will be considered abandoned and will become property of our store. In this case, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
Pre-order
Pre-order items are pieces made exclusively for you. This allows us to produce in a more controlled and conscious way — a method that helps us reduce our environmental impact.
When you purchase a Pre-order item, any other products included in the same order will be shipped together once the Pre-order item is manufactured and ready to be sent.
Pre-order items can be exchanged or returned.
Our Pre-order pieces have an estimated preparation time of at least 4 weeks.

You have 14 days from the moment your order is delivered to your home or arrives at the store.
Exchanges and Returns
You must request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, the request cannot be processed.
To request an exchange or return, please use our Exchange and Return Platform.
- Please carefully check all items upon delivery before removing any tags or disposing of the original packaging.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
- Swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene sticker and all original tags intact. We recommend trying on bottoms over your underwear, as any item returned with signs of use, stains, or without the hygiene sticker and tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Only one exchange or return request is allowed per order — we do not accept partial returns from the same order.
- We recommend returning items in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during transit.
Exchanges and returns at our Barcelona store:
You can exchange or return your order for free at our Barcelona store (Carrer de Marià Cubí, 100).
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return through our platform, as long as the items are in the same condition in which they were received.
Exchanges and returns for national orders (Spain):
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return through our platform. You only need your order number and email address.
Items must be in their original condition. You’ll receive your return or exchange label immediately by email, as well as your refund to the original payment method.

In-store exchange (Barcelona):
Once your exchange request has been submitted through our platform, you can visit our physical store in Barcelona and exchange your item for another.
If the new item has a higher price, you’ll only need to pay the difference at the store.
Drop-off at a pickup point:
1. Submit your request via our Exchange and Return Platform. Enter your email and order number, and select the items you'd like to exchange.
2. Choose your new item: You can select a different size of the same product, or choose any other item available on our website.
3. Confirm your shipping information for the item pickup.
4. Payment: If the item you’re exchanging has a lower price than the new one, you’ll be prompted to select a payment method for the difference.
5. Prepare your package:
• Print the return slip you’ll receive by email after completing the request.
• Pack the items you’re exchanging in a secure, sturdy box, including the return slip.
• We’re minimizing paper use for sustainability, so your order summary can also be found in your account [here].
• We recommend using the original WOLFLAMB packaging.
6. Drop off your package: Take the parcel to a Correos pickup point within 14 days.
Make sure to attach the shipping label (which will be sent to your email upon completing the request) on the outside of the package to avoid any issues.
To return an online order, you must request it through our Exchange and Return Platform within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return at our Barcelona store:
1. Request the return on our Exchange and Return Platform. Enter your email and order number, select the items you wish to return, and follow the steps.
2. Bring the items to our physical store in Barcelona. There's no need to pack them — just make sure they are in perfect condition and have all original tags attached.
Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Return via a pickup point:
1. Request the return on our Exchange and Return Platform. Enter your email and order number, select the items you wish to return, and follow the steps.
2. Prepare your package:
• Print the return slip (you’ll receive it by email after completing the request).
• Pack the items in a box in good condition, securely closed, and include the return slip.
• We recommend using the original WOLFLAMB packaging to protect the garments in transit.
• To reduce our environmental impact, your order summary is available in your account, not printed.
3. Drop off your package:
• Take the package to a Correos pickup point within 14 days.
• Attach the shipping label (you’ll receive it by email when you finish your request) clearly on the outside of the box.
Home pickup return:
1. Request the return on our Exchange and Return Platform. Enter your email and order number, select the items you wish to return, and follow the steps.
2. Prepare your package:
• Print the return slip (you’ll receive it by email after completing the request).
• Pack the items in a box in good condition, securely closed, and include the return slip.
• We recommend using the original WOLFLAMB packaging.
3. Hand over the parcel to the courier at the pickup address you provided.
• Make sure to attach the shipping label (sent to your email) to the outside of the box to ensure a smooth collection.
To return or exchange an item purchased in our physical store, simply bring the item to the store in perfect condition, with all original tags attached.
You must also present the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase or provide your order number.
Please note that all items purchased in-store are refunded as store credit only.
Sorry, returns are not accepted once an exchange has already been processed.

Some high-demand items may sell out before you complete your purchase, even if they were available when you added them to your cart.
