The contract between WOLFLAMB and the user for the purchase of products will take full legal effect once consent and all other requirements for its validity are met, in accordance with current legislation.
The products offered by WOLFLAMB are intended for final consumers. In accordance with applicable legislation, a consumer is any natural person who does not engage in a commercial activity and purchases products for personal use.
Regular prices and sale prices
Prices shown on this website may be reviewed and modified at any time if conditions require it. Sale prices may appear in the "SALE" section and will remain available until stock runs out. 5. Right of withdrawal
Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Article 68 defines the right of withdrawal as the consumer's right to terminate the contract by notifying the other party within the established period, without having to justify the decision and without incurring any penalty.
This means the user may withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days, without giving any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify their decision through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by certified mail or an email). The user may use the model withdrawal form below.
- Email: returns@wolflamb.es
- Postal address: Calle Grabador Esteve 25, bajo, 46004 Valencia, Spain
Model withdrawal form
(Only complete and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
I hereby inform you that I withdraw from the contract of sale of the following good(s):
- Product name
- Reference number and order number
- Price
The following personal details are mandatory. If they are not included, the withdrawal will not be considered valid:
- Consumer's name
- Consumer's address

The withdrawal period begins on the day the order is shipped or, failing that, from the moment the seller becomes aware of the purchase.
Conditions of withdrawal
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with their original tags.
- Customers may try on the product, but it must remain in its original condition, without tears, stains or signs of use.
- Products from the same order must be returned together in a single shipment; partial returns will not be accepted.
- Returns must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days of shipment.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the customer will be notified by email that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
WOLFLAMB may withhold the refund until the goods are received at Calle Grabador Esteve 25, bajo, 46004 Valencia, Spain.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the return is sent with a carrier other than the one contracted by WOLFLAMB, WOLFLAMB will not be responsible for any loss of the package; in that case, the customer will bear the cost of the lost product and of the refund.
If, upon delivery, the customer notices that the package is not properly sealed or is damaged, they must record this in writing on the delivery note and notify WOLFLAMB within 24 hours at info@wolflamb.es. If no claim is made within 24 hours of delivery, WOLFLAMB will consider that the package was received in good condition, and no further claims for package damage will be accepted.
Consequences of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is accepted by WOLFLAMB and all legal requirements are met, all payments received will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and within the legal period of fifteen (15) calendar days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund, except for shipping costs, which are borne by the customer.
