The request for exchange or return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order, after that period can not be made. In order to make an exchange or return you must process it on our platform for exchanges and returns (here).
- Please thoroughly check all items upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached tags and discarding any original packaging.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn and in their original condition, original tags must not have been removed.
- Bath products must go with the hygiene label and their original tags. We recommend that you try on the bottoms of the bath products with your underwear underneath, as if the item is returned with signs of having been worn, with stains or without the hygiene label and its original tags it will be considered unsuitable for return or exchange
- Only one exchange or return can be processed per order, returns of the same order will not be accepted separately
- We recommend that you return the items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

To make an exchange of an online order you must process it through our platform of changes and returns (here), within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of order.
Deposit in our physical store in Barcelona:
Once processed the change in our platform of changes and returns, you just have to go to our physical store in Barcelona and exchange your order for another of our items. In store you will pay only the difference in price between what you return and what you change in case the amount is higher.
Deposit at a collection point:
1. Request the exchange on our returns and exchanges platform. Access our platform (here) to indicate the products you are going to exchange, indicating your e-mail and order number. Follow the steps indicated.
2. Choose the new garment you want. You can choose between an exchange of size of the same product, or select any other product in the store (as long as it is available on the web)
3. Confirm your data. Confirm the address where you want us to make the pickup.
4. Payment method. In the event that the product to be exchanged is of greater amount, you must select the method of payment.
5. Prepare your package. Print the return slip (you can find it in the email you will receive during the return request process). Pack the items you want to exchange in a box in good condition and tightly closed, along with your order summary sheet. We are reducing the amount of paper included in your order to be more environmentally friendly, you can find your order summary sheet in your account (here). We recommend you to use the WOLFLAMB packaging in which you received our garments.
6. Deliver the package to a collection point. You must take your package to a Correos collection point within 14 days. Remember that you will receive the transport label that you must stick on the outside of the package to avoid any problem, in your mail when you finish the order on our platform.
To process a return for an online order, you must do so through our returns and exchanges platform (here) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Drop off at our Barcelona physical store:
- Request the return through our returns and exchanges platform. Access our platform (here) to let us know which products you will be returning, providing your email and order number. Follow the indicated steps.
- Bring the items to our physical store in Barcelona. They do not need to be packaged. The items must have their original tags and be in perfect condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Don’t forget to include the return slip inside the package.
Hand over the items to the courier and receive the requested item. The courier will come to collect the package at the indicated address. Remember that the shipping label you need to stick on the outside of the package (to avoid any issues during pickup) will be sent to your email once you complete the return request on our platform.
To proceed to return or exchange an item purchased in the physical store, you only need to go to the store with the garment in perfect condition and with its original tags. You must also present the order confirmation email that you received at the time of purchase or your order number.
We remind you that all products purchased in our physical store are refunded in store credit format.
Yes, after making an exchange you can request another exchange or refund. This second procedure has a cost of X€.
