Import duties and taxes

All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all applicable import duties and taxes are already included in the price shown at checkout, so there will be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Orders to the United States are shipped via UPS Express Saver (DDP), with an estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days.

We handle the applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

Policy on Refusals

If a delivery is refused or canceled by the customer, the original shipping fees and any costs incurred for the return of the package may be deducted from the final refund.

Customs Requirements

As part of the customs clearance process, UPS may request additional information from the recipient when required by US customs authorities. If necessary, UPS will contact the recipient directly to obtain the information needed to complete the delivery.
