We offer Free Shipping to the US on orders over $250 to simplify your shopping experience. To keep our pricing fair and transparent, please note that local customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination.

Policy on Refusals

If a delivery is refused or canceled due to customs charges, the original shipping fees and any costs incurred for the return of the package will be deducted from your final refund.

Customs Requirements

Under new US Government requirements, US customers may be required to share additional information to the shipping carrier (USPS) such as SSN to receive their delivery.
