Shipping policy

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and start counting once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

1. Production times

Shipping times do not include production time. Some pieces, especially those from our Wedding & Guests collection and pre-order items, are made for you and need time to be produced before they are shipped.

The estimated production time is shown on each product page and must be added to the shipping time. For in-stock items, only the shipping times below apply.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Within Spain

• Express delivery: 24 to 48 hours
• Standard delivery: 3 to 6 business days

International shipping

• 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national, regional and local holidays. During sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual.

3. Shipments outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by each country and are not included in the price.

4. Other information

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Wolflamb may change the shipping method or carrier, provided this does not cause any clear disadvantage to the customer.
